Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Divine K Press LLC, doing business as Mediz Press ("we", "us") collects when you use this website and its online companions, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a New Mexico limited liability company, and this site is intended for users in the United States.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile picture from Google.
  • Messages. Anything you send us, such as a support request or an error report.

Information created as you use the site

  • Study progress. Which flashcards you have reviewed, your quiz and exam answers, scores and the guides you have saved.
  • Purchases. What you bought, when, and the amount. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Credential tracker. If you use it, the licenses and certifications you enter (name, issuer, number and expiry date) and the continuing education hours you log.
  • Certificates. The name you choose to print on a certificate of completion. Anyone with a certificate's link can see that name, the guide, the score and the date, so it can be verified.
  • Technical data. Our hosting and database providers automatically record basic request information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in. We also use your browser's storage for conveniences such as remembering your theme or saved guides. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other sites through our site.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account and sign you in.
  • To provide companions and save your progress across devices.
  • To process purchases, provide receipts and handle refunds.
  • To send the expiry reminders you turn on in the credential tracker.
  • To answer your messages and fix problems.
  • To send you email about your account or purchases. If you agree to receive them, we may also send news about new guides. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers that run parts of the site for us, and only as much as they need:

  • Website hosting (Vercel).
  • Sign-in, database and file storage (Supabase).
  • Payment processing (Stripe).
  • Email delivery for sign-in links, receipts and reminders (Resend).
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of our users or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Organization licenses

If your school or employer gives you access through an organization license, that organization's administrator may see your name, email, whether you have activated your access, and summary progress and scores.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and progress while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your account and progress data within 30 days, except purchase records, which we keep as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask for a copy of your personal information.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete it.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

To make a request, email globalhearthorg@gmail.com from the address on your account. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state's privacy law, and we will honor requests as those laws require.

Health information

This site is a study tool. Do not enter patient names or any other information that could identify a patient anywhere on the site.

Children

This site is for adults and students in professional health care programs. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
