Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Divine K Press LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Mediz Press ("we", "us"). By using this website, its online companions, exam simulators or any paid upgrade (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1. Not clinical advice
The Service is for education and study only. Read our medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for your own clinical decisions.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18, or at least 13 and using the Service with the permission of a parent, guardian or your school.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person; do not share it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
4. What you may do with our content
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content you have access to for your own study. Printable reference cards may be printed for your own use. Unless you have a separate written license from us, you may not:
- copy, resell, share or publish our content, in whole or in part;
- use it to train or build another product or AI model;
- scrape, bulk download or automate access to the Service;
- get around access controls, such as Pro or sign-in locks.
All content, including text, questions, illustrations and designs, is owned by Divine K Press LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright.
5. Purchases
Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and may include applicable sales tax. Payment is processed by our payment processor under its own terms. A Pro upgrade or exam simulator gives you access for as long as we offer the Service, unless the product page states a different access period.
Refunds
If a paid product does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We may decline repeated refund requests or requests where most of the content has been used.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We will tell you in advance before changing a membership price.
Certificates of completion
Certificates record that you finished a companion and passed its final exam. They are not continuing education credit, licensure or professional certification, and they are not endorsed by any certifying body.
Organization licenses
Licenses bought by a school, employer or other organization are governed by the order or agreement with that organization, together with these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, interfere with it, try to access it in ways we have not provided, or enter information that identifies any patient. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Changes to the Service
We update and improve content over time, and we may change or retire features. If we stop offering a product you paid for within its access period, we will offer a replacement or a prorated refund.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Divine K Press LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from clinical decisions or exam results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Divine K Press LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will tell signed-in users. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
